1. How does Personal Touch Matchmaking work?
We start with a no-obligation 15 minute phone consultation to get to know you and your relationship goals. If it is a good fit on both sides, we offer two membership options for you to choose from. Next, we meet with you in person to get a good understanding of who you are and what your are looking for in a partner. When we identify another member that closely meets your preferences, we present you their dating profile for approval. If both members agree that the match has potential, contact information is shared with the man and he calls the woman to arrange a date. After the date, both members provide us with feedback on the match.
2. How much does it cost?
We offer two simple memberships with pricing dependent on the number of matches you would like. All fees are discussed prior to consultation and there are no hidden fees, upgrades, or confusing tiers. 3. What makes your service different?
Our service is personalized - no algorithms here. We meet with you in person to build your profile and match you with other members serious about finding a committed, long-term relationship. 4. Who are your members?
Our clients are genuine, relationship-minded singles from all walks of life—many are divorced, single, widowed, or new to the city. All are ready to meet someone special and serious about finding a meaningful connection. We help singles of all ages find love - starting from mid-twenties through to 75+!
5. How long does the process take?
There’s no time limit on your membership, and everyone’s pace is different. We focus on quality over speed, and matches are provided as they become available based on compatibility.
6. Can I pause my membership?
Absolutely. Whether you're traveling, dating someone, or just need a break, you can put your membership on hold at any time—with no additional charge to reactivate for holds under 2 years. Reactivation after a hold period in excess of 2 years are charged a small administration fee of $250.
7. Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your file is only viewed by the matchmaker for the purpose of arranging matches. We never share your last name or contact info without your permission. We do share information about you when proposing you as a potential match to another member.
8. Do you guarantee a relationship?
We can’t guarantee love—but we do guarantee a personal, respectful, and thoughtful experience. Our goal is to provide quality introductions that lead to real possibilities.
9. What age range do you work with?
Most of our clients are between 25 and 80, but we welcome adults of all ages who are emotionally available and ready for a committed relationship. It’s less about age and more about mindset.
10. Do you work with LGBTQ+ clients?
At this time, our service focuses on heterosexual matchmaking. However, we’re always open to conversations and exploring future opportunities to expand our offerings. If you're part of the LGBTQ+ community and are interested, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss.
11. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once your first match is provided. If you decide not to proceed before receiving a match, a cancellation fee applies. We’re always transparent about this upfront and are happy to answer any questions during your consultation.
